Dylan Ficken started woodworking before he was 10 years old. With knowledge and know-how taught to him by both of his grandfathers, he developed a keen interest in making new things, restoring beauty, and attained a deep curiosity to try new things. In 2021, he started Dylan Ficken Woodworks to bring his work to the public and generate funding for all the projects and new ideas he wanted to implement.

Today, DFW is way more than just woodworking, it’s a ‘maker-space’ of all sorts of ideas and creations. Inspired by the philosophy of Walt Disney to, “Keep Moving Forward,” DFW has become a beacon for creativity and ingenuity.
